AI & automation.
Put to work.

Better answers for customers. Less repetitive admin for your team. Systems that work together.

We build AI assistants, automations, websites and custom software around the way your business actually works.

Ordinary work. Better connected.

Where AI and automation earn their place.

A few examples of the work we can design around your business. Start with the result you need, not the technology.

Service businesses

From a customer photo to a visit request.

“Can you fix this before Friday?”
  1. Capture the photo, issue and location
  2. Check the available calendar options
  3. Ask the team to confirm the visit

Your team keeps the final say.

Office & administration

From another chase to a sensible follow-up.

A renewal is due. The paperwork is missing.
  1. Send the agreed reminder
  2. Pause when the customer replies
  3. Ask a person to review the exception

Your team keeps the final say.

Professional services

From a folder of receipts to a checked list.

A client sends a batch of receipts by email.
  1. Read dates and amounts into a draft list
  2. Match them to the client and period
  3. Flag unclear items for a person to check

Your team keeps the final say.

Illustrative workflows, not claims about client projects or measured savings.

Or a whole new system.

Start with what needs to work better. We’ll help choose the right mix of website, automation, AI and software.

We build and run software too

Experience beyond the launch.

Running our own products informs how we approach your build: the customer journey, the admin tools and the changes that come after launch.

Our own products, not client case studies.

A sensible way to start

Find the friction. Build the useful part.

No finished technical brief needed. Tell us what happens today and let’s work out what deserves to change.

01

Walk through the work

One real example. Who uses it, where it waits and what keeps going wrong.

02

Make it tangible

Agree the scope and try the important journey before expanding the build.

03

Connect, test, improve

Check the awkward cases, agree support and put the useful version to work.

How we build

Founder-led, in Ireland

You can talk to the person building it.

Rykai is led by Ricki Brennan. We keep the conversation close to the work: clear scope, visible progress and honest decisions about what is worth building.

Good systems are about the people using them.

The customer trying to book. The team sorting an inbox. The owner who needs a clear picture of what is happening.

A little more about Rykai
Do we need a big AI project?

No. A connected form, a reminder sequence or a clearer system can be the right starting point. We use AI when reading, understanding or finding information is part of the job—not just to add an AI label.

Can you build something like your own products?

Yes. We can help shape and build SaaS products, marketplaces, portals and internal systems. Your project gets its own scope, design and rules; it is not a promise to clone an entire platform in one release.

Can you work with what we already use?

Usually that is the first thing we look at. We check the available APIs, exports and permissions before recommending an integration or a replacement.

Who owns the work, and what happens after launch?

Ownership, hosting, third-party licences and support are agreed in writing before the project starts. Ongoing support has its own clear scope rather than an open-ended promise.

What is taking more work than it should?

Tell us about your business, the tools you use and what you’d like to improve. A rough idea is enough to start the conversation.

You don’t need a technical brief.
